Drawing from my experience as a principal, including the successful turnaround of my school's state report card from Unsatisfactory to Average in just one year, I will share key lessons learned in building strong leadership teams, improving instruction, and fostering a positive school culture. Attendees will gain actionable insights into how to overcome common challenges and create lasting change in their schools.
