MTSS isn't just for elementary students. Layers of support are necessary for high school students. Now more than ever, middle and high schools must implement systems of support for students. Explore how GTCHS gives students what they need to be successful through a unique approach to scheduling which allows for all teachers to offer daily office hours, WIN "What I need time" for students weekly, and a Friday work session which allows for re-teaching, content mastery, student accountability, and any planning meetings necessary for teams. Learn how a daily advisory period, built into the master schedule, is another touchpoint for advisors, who loop each year with students, to get weekly reports, check in with students, and ensure that all is well and on track.
