K-12 Virtual Certified Title IX Investigator Training Level 1

Training is provided by Institutional Compliance Solutions (ICS).
This training will NOT be a webinar, but instead a virtual “live” and interactive experience. This intensive training is appropriate for K-12 Title IX Coordinators, School Administrators, and others responsible for conducting investigations into student and/or employee misconduct. The instructive sessions will include detailed information regarding the evolution of Title IX, investigative best practices, challenges faced by investigators, report writing, and litigation trends resulting from investigations. Participants will also work through hypothetical situations with their peers to put the education into practice. Attendees will receive training that complies with the requirements contained in the new Title IX Rules for investigators.
